[HAM] Left Hand Bass Unit

I seem to remember someone mentioning building a voltage sensor switch which
would sense the regular voltage on the pedal leads and close the MIDI
switch. That puts all the wiring inside the B3 cabinet and, providing that
the voltage sensor circuit is simple, makes for a very clean install. I'm
not an EE.

Can these be simply spliced into the existing B3 pedal leads? Probably not
I'm guessing, which means I would have to install a second switch for each
pedal. Yes? Any ideas?

Thanks,
