It would be impossible to play that well and sing that badly at the
same time.  Or even sing that badly _not_ at the same time.  I don't
know who it is.  I thought it was pretty funny though - sounds like
some guy hired a band to do a studio track.  Like Larry Young / Grant
Green or something but I really don't know.

example.  Another classic.
