My last paragraphs always seem to be throwaways. ;>)

The motor controller guys are Peter Abrams' RTC Logic www.rtclogic.com , 
Bill Brown's Hamptone www.bborgan.com and Caribbean Controls (North America) 
www.speakeasyvintagemusic.com .  I don't know who is selling the RTC Logic 
controller at retail right now.  The newer Hamptone version is somewhat plug 
and play.  The Caribbean Controls and RTC Logic need changes under the hood. 
The motors, belts and other friction points need to be rehabbed and adjusted 
to work correctly, which is not difficult but somewhat time-consuming.
