[HAM] excessive hum?

I have a similar problem on my '62 M100. Only the noise happens with the expression pedal all the way down, full reverb and the 3rd harmonic with fast decay tab is selected. And it does it on it's own without pressing any keys. Mine sounds more like a harmonic than just a noise, almost an "overzealous crosstalk".
