Dave-

If it's a 2100 series Concorde, you might want to take a pass. But if 
it's a 2300 series, your chances if its working properly are much 
better. As Luther Nallie  points out, the connections to the boards can 
cause many problems, normally through oxidation. However, they can be 
cleaned very well with a RED pencil eraser followed with a coating of 
DEOXIT. If any of the IC's are dead, that's another story however.

The 710 was designed to work with the Concorde and is a direct  
connection; it greatly improves the sound, IMO.
