[HAM] Dr. Lonnie sound

You guys that live on or near the U.S. coasts have it so good, as far as live 
shows with Joey, Lonnie, etc.  Several weeks ago I was watching a PBS show 
that had both Lonnie and Joey on it, and wondered why don't these guys ever do 
concerts in middle U.S., (Tulsa OK in my case)?  I guess it is all a matter of 
economics.  Some local bands do include keyboards and Hammond, but it is rare. 
 We are Hammond-starved here in middle America, but so it goes.
