[HAM] Cleaning Question

I was doing some cleaning on my b3 this weekend, specifically the hinges
on the lid. I used "Brasso" to clean the hinges with very good results.
What I was wondering is, does anyone have a good way to clean the little
brass screw heads? I think there's like 46 of them in one hinge! It's
going to be very time consuming, not to mention a real pain in the rear.

 

Also, what is a good cleaner, not polish, to use on the cabinet? I know
there's years of polish, dirt and dust built up on it that I'd like to
clean off. After a good cleaning, I would then use a good polish on it.
