Johnny,
This is one of those "what's wrong with this picture?" problems. Leslie 
preamp pedals were never designed to work with 122-type Leslies. So I see 
two possibilities here: Are you sure it is a Leslie-brand pedal, or is it a 
Trek II pedal? Or, more likely, your 122RV actually contains a 147-type or 
other model amp, or the 122 amp was re-configured to allow a 147-type 
connection. Before anything else can be addressed, you need to get to the 
bottom of this aspect. If your "122" amp ever worked correctly with a 
Leslie pedal, it's not a 122 amp.

The problem with the PR40 depends on how the outlet that is feeding it from 
the organ is wired. If the organ is set up to run a 147-type amp, the PR40 
won't work. What is feeding the PR40, an organ? The pedal?
