[HAM] Odd H/S Leslie 771 issue

Not sure where to start at other then my upper rotor does not turn anymore
(motor has no power) and My lower motor turns but it runs erratic and does
not respond to any speed changes and it will still run with the switch set
to off. Everyone I spoke to says it's most likely the motor controller board
(newer not always better) and what really bothers me is it's only 3 1/2
years old.

I was told to speak to H/S for a exchange but how much would that run and
how fast do they ship?
