[HAM] Signal path of Concorde jacksEdlich57 at aol.com Edlich57 at aol.comWed Feb 28 12:42:55 CST 2007
"Why doesnt he plug something in and see, considering he owns one... -Jerry" I am the person that Hugh posted the original question for. Well duh, I could do that but wanted the question answered first for the following reasons: 1. My Concorde 2307M is paired with a Leslie 710, both organ and Leslie are all original stock configuration. If the input jack allows the signal to travel through the rotary channel, depending upon how the Hammond console tabs are set, I didn't want to plug in a guitar and have it blow speakers in my Leslie 710 or damage any components. I assume the Hammond amp and Leslie crossover would properly process the signal to avoid this, but I would rather know how these jacks work before I try something stupid. 2. I don't own a guitar or other device I want to plug in there. I was only asking for a guitar player friend that would like to hear his instrument through a real Leslie rather than his simulator. Any constructive answers to the original question would be appreciated. Steve in Tulsa
