How did you measure that?        I used a mulitmeter to an earth ground. I am not positive about it being A/C or D/C

Is the organ itself grounded against the power ground?   Not at first , I ran a ground lead and it seems to have cleared up, or has it?      Thanks, Mark

I assume it is parasitic or leakage voltage. It will go away when you
ground the organ. If not, it will reveal the culprit :-).
