[HAM] using a Leslie 120 with an 038208controller?

I have a Hammond T-312 with an 038208 Leslie controller.  I also have 
a Leslie 120, and was wondering what the best way would be to use 
them with each other, or if it was even worth the effort?

I believe the controller is designed for a DC relay (not sure how 
many volts),and provides a line-level signal,while the 120 uses an AC 
(line voltage?) relay, and has no power amp.

So at the least, I'd need to install a power amp in the speaker, and 
change the relay.  Or would it be better to get a different Leslie 
controller?  Or swap for a different model Leslie (probably the most 
practical solution).
