[HAM] CV Preamp rebuild

If you look through the archives you can find a two part post I wrote a 
couple of years ago detailing how to rebuild a CV pre-amp.  I included a 
parts list specifying Mouser part numbers.  To make the connections for the 
new caps, I added a five pin soldering strip using the supplied hole as an 
anchor. You'll also want to check or replace the passive components in the 
rheostat box, which is part of the circuit.
