I thought of clipping the terminal posts (to free space) and leaving it mounted.  Then mount a 
terminal strip to the inside of the chassis and connect from there.  But, after hearing that they 
last, I think I'm going to let it be for now.

Off to find a good tranny then.  I think I'll do the 1/2 wave.
