 Amen. Another example - any digital photograph should be superior to
the work of some half blind half drunk three quarters crazy dude
slopping pigment made from who knows what (insects, plants, animal by
products, I think all those made it into different dyes over the years)
using a stick with a bunch of animal hair attached to it.

The imperfections in a Hammond sound is what makes it great. SS
circuitry is 
so clean it is devoid of life. There you have it...a non-technical
answer to 
a technical question.
