[HAM] Ignorant soldering questions

Is this an 860?

I have one where the fuse has been blown as well. The solution in that
case was a dual gang fuse holder which snaps onto the original (blown)
fuse but also has parallel snaps for a new unblown fuse with some
carboard insulating material (This was done by a previous owner/user).
Apparently these clip ons were common "back in the day". Check Radio
Shack.

Not honorable but trying to help anyway...

Honorable Listpeople,
I have a blown fuse in my solid state Leslie which I
want to replace. Instead of a snap-in, it has two
wire leads attached to it, and then it disappears into
a circuit board
