Yes. One of those speakers may be a reverb speaker. Make sure to use a
non-reverb speaker.

The organ in question is an L-103 and belongs to a friend. He says it
has two speakers.

 

The "Line Out From A Spinet" drawing on Hammond Wiki is referencing an
M3.

 Will the same thing work on a spinet that has more than one speaker?
