As long as your second Leslie is a 6W style, its quite easy.  There should 
be an "extra speaker" six pin socket on the 25's amp, to which you would 
attach the second Leslie's connector cable.  Your existing switches would 
work the same, although a two speed Leslie would switch tremolo/chorale, 
rather than tremolo/stop.

The only caveat is that a 120VAC relay is recommended to reduce the current 
flowing through the M101's run switch.
