yes I know the video was horrible but the licks came through. I've seen other vids with the sparkle B you mention. Still whether he uses the chop look or the cut down B he seems to have the same sound. I know he uses a mixer to his left and in the "beer chop" you can see him tweaking something. In this sparkle B vid the mixer is clear and this is a much better vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I1TSBRbYGE&mode=related&search= -----Original Message----- From: Steve Beach <steve at secludedbeach.anikast.ca> To: The Hammond Forum <hammond at zeni.net> Sent: Mon, 25 Jun 2007 7:55 am Subject: Re: [HAM] Auger chop Jeez, that's poor quality video. Obviously, he has more than one organ. That one looks like a Bill Beer chop. The one he had last week on tour in Canada was more like a stock looking B-3, still painted silver sparkle. The chopped one looks like th organ on his instructional DVD "Insights of the Keyboard Master". I'll have to take a closer look. Thanks! Re: the Leslies, yes that's what he said to me for studiio gigs. I have some really old stuff of his, and he's heard with a Leslie on a couple of cuts.
