  Mike,
All the "new" Leslies that I have had here are loaded with problems and overall very poor build qua;ity in all areas. I won't take them to buy or sell, or work on them anymore. Basically they have to me been nothing but very large problems with very poor customer support as well. Get a good old one, rebuild it top to bottom, and it will last longer than you will and will sound great. Most problems I have seen with these is those silly single motors overheat, seize up and then cause serious board burning of components. You may want to contact somebody that still sells these and see if they can get you a board or maybe they may have a used one. Be sure they know the used one is good before they sell it to you if you get a used one. I might suggest M+S Organ in Chicago for new or replacement parts for it. Fix it and sell it!
  John
