It's not a blown woofer, it's just pitted from the years. Looks like maybe moths or something ate holes in the woofer. 
Still works just dandy, as there is not a full separation of the cone from the houseing, just a few holes. 
Of course I don't dime the amp on the Leslie wide open, and don't plan to until I get the 
woofer fixed. But at moderate volumes she's holding up.
