[HAM] M-3 --> Bearing that won't stop squealing

Hi all, 

 

I have an M-3 with the right-most bearing (at the start-motor end of the TW
shaft, where the shaft passes through the TWG chassis) that will not stop
squealing. 



I have read about and tried all the methods listed, including LOTS of
Hammond oil, WD-40, time and patience.

 

If I give the shaft a little push while it is spinning, I can temporarily
quiet it, but the squealing comes back, and I am looking for a permanent
fix.

 

Any ideas?
