[HAM] Dull chorus - things to check/replace

Can anyone tell the things I can look into for the cause of a rather dullish 
chorus/vib on a 1959 C-3?

Compared to my A-101's/100s, this C-3's chorus isn't at all as "present".
When in Vibrato only you can tell a difference,but when in Chorus/Vib  (1, 
2, or 3)...it's rather dull.

I like this C-3 for it's own sound, but it can be described as a 
mellow/softer sounding organ.
I'm just wondering about any specific parts (caps, resistors, tubes, etc.) 
that relate to this desribed issue.
