[HAM] Leslie styrofoam drum

If my conversion to inches is correct it sounds like it's set up fr a 12" speaker. I have a M-18 and this is roughly thye same dimension.  Apparently making the speaker cut-out larger (to fit the speaker) will gretly change the sound (or so I've been told)

Here in the U.S., we don't have very many centimeters. Do you have any 
inches there?
