[HAM] Switch for relay coil on Leslie 25 ?

My connector for the Leslie has the switch for console/auxiliary
(echo) but not the tremolo switch.
As near as I can figure out , somewhat adapted the 27-1 console
connector without the 26-1 i.e.
they used a 5 pin to 6 pin cable to connect the speaker with the
result that I can switch between
the organ speaker and leslie but cannot actually activate the brake
on the rotor.
The Leslie is either full on with tremolo , or disconnected from the
signal path all together .
I'm wondering if there is some way to wire a toggle switch with a
cable directly to the relay
coil on the Leslie. What kind of voltage is in that circuit ?
It looks to me like wiring a switch across pins 2 and 3 would work ,
but I'm a novice at this.
