[HAM] Leslie working ( sort of) ( 25 and L100 ) distortion , blown fuse

  Nope , that wasn't it .
  Took everything apart and cleaned it and Deoxited the tube sockets , 
pots etc.
  still getting distortion even when bypassing the booster amp.
