[HAM] Leslie working ( sort of) ( 25 and L100 ) -resend

  Tried removing replacing tubes and can cap.

  A : all tubes and cap removed - fuse okay
B:  put 12AU7 - fuse blows
C: Swap 12AU7 from L100 tremolo amp section - fuse blows.
  D: remove 12au7 , put 6L6s in -fuse does not blow -pretty tube glow .
E: add can cap with 6L6s - fuse blows -

  so ......??
