The only notable difference is a mechanical switch below the B upper drawbar stop which terminates in the matching transformer. Other than that, manuals should be exactly the same. Well - let me qualify that. The older manuals are far superior. No foam, plus cloth insulated and soldered wires (not spot weld), etc. >Excpect to pay good $$$ for them, because they are quite valuable to techs >for rebuilds. Amen. The last time I ran into a major emergency (foam eaten resistance wires) I had to pay $1800 for a beat to hell CV with all the preset wires cut off, but decent manuals. It took about a week of work to replace the preset wires, upper and lower.
