Centronics has 36 pins

But you'd still have to make a harness.  I wouldn't trust a ribbon cable.

Or, if you're of the computer/networking side,  You could use a shielded rj45 patch panel and cat5 
jumpers.  The back of the Hammond would look like a telecom closet.  Then you could modularize it, 
put a splitter on it and route bass pedals to the lower manual on the fly!
