  possibly . I experimented with adjustable keyboard seats with the

  Seems that when I lowered them I started using my legs more then I 
should rather then my
  ankles and I was also crowding the manuals making it difficult to do 
the mid keyboard chords.
   Has anyone on here modified a standard bench to be adjustable ?
  Seems like it ought to be possible with some threaded metal stock and 
some large wing nuts.
  Meanwhile , I'll keep my eye out for some suitable platform shoes at 
the vintage clothing shops. ( why not ?)
