[HAM] Combo-Box

Dear Group,
I'm wanting to chop a old C-3, and I'm wanting to know is there a place where I can buy a what I think they call a "Combo Box" to put the C-3 in?  I might be calling the box the wrong name, but does anyone know where I can get such a cabinet?
