Anyplace you see the wires.  (big secret - they're RED, and there's 2 
of each)  LOL - let everybody know about "ramping up" the AC to a RUN 
motor, OK?  Cause this WILL go in the archives - and probably go down 
in history, too.  LOL - a motor that syncs to 60Hz.  Why not try a 
220v supply at about 280Hz, and turn that baby into a microwave oven?

Give it a try - you'll find out.  BTW, does it have a 3 speed or 4 speed 4WD?

Is that what YOU want?  Then just replace the spring with a stronger 
one.  ("Where would I get a spring?")  How bout Home Depot, or 
Lowe's?  ("They didn't have the right length.")  Keep looking.
