[HAM] C-2 rebuild: can capacitors

Hi David;

thank you for your comments and additional insights.

The organ has started to develop some intermittent failures so it's
probably a good idea to go "all the way" and do a complete rebuild.

More questions very likely to follow soon (like: What can I do to fix that
broken preset panel? and more...)
