[HAM] Tone control for AO29

Hello,
I have successfuly replaced the preamp in my BV with an AO-29, works 
great! Now, for a while I've been looking for a way to add tone control 
to the amp. There is a schematic for AO-28 but I guess it;s not suitable 
for AO-29 - because of different after-expressionctrl-circuit. I made a 
passive one and it works but not perfectly. Did anyone try such a thing?
