[HAM] Spinning like a monkey (fast/slow switching probs)

First of all, is it both rotors or just one? If it's just one, check the adjustment of the slow motor. Make sure the shaft is engaging and coming away from the wheel/o-ring correctly when speed is switched. 
If both rotors are doing the same thing, then it points more toward being a tube or other electrical problem.
My 122 does the same thing occasionally, but it's usually just the bottom rotor, and it's always been the slow motor needing adjustment.
