[HAM] What model is it?

Saw a Hammond today, was unable to check the ID plate, and I'm curious what
it might be.

 

C style cabinet. 

Tremolo (maybe vibrato)/Chorus toggle switch on left side. 

V1 through V3 rotary knob. 

Chorus drawbar on right hand side. 

 

I'm guessing a CV or D.

If so, how would one look different than the other from the drivers side?
