So I take it that - Tremulant drawbar = chorus generator
If it was upgraded in the field, and had a chorus generator, would that mean
that the chorus gen was disconnected and a scanner was installed?

be a D (which is a BC in a church style cabinet).  Some Ds were upgraded in
the field to have an aftermarket vibrato\chorus system added.  <snip>
