I was thinking about this after I wrote it ("Doh.!!)..it would be almost
impossible to do, you would need a second set of key contacts etc. It could
be done in software, I presume (Guido from VB3, are you reading this??). I
was thinking about the chorus effect in pipe organs, like a Celeste stop
IIRC, done with a detuned rank of pipes so that the two sources are
separated in space. If you climb up into the organ and sit in the middle of
the pipework while it is being played, it is magical (it was the '60s, and
my best bud was the preachers son, and we were the hippie organists for the
church so we could get away with it late at night).
