Hey, we need to explain some basics to you that you are missing. There is
always a pre-amp and a power amp. In the case of guitar amps and some home
stereo equipment, these are combined into one case. The pre-amp amplifies
the music signal enough to raise the voltage high enough to drive a power
amp. Most of these Hammonds, with a few exceptions like the A-100, have
only a pre-amp, like your CV. No way does it produce anything like 30
Watts. It is completely incapable of driving any kind of speaker, only a
power amp, such as the one in your Hammond tone cabinet.

If you want to drive an ampless Leslie speaker like the 120, you need a
power amp, and the output of that amp must match the impedance of the
speaker you're planning to drive. I'm not up on the impedances of either
your tone cabinet or the 120, sorry.
