[HAM] 122 Switching Problem:

Hi gang,
   
  I have a B3 hooked up to 2 122's with a relay between the 122's and
the problem is one of the Leslies doesn't switch to slow the first time
every time.  I have to flip the switch a couple of times real fast for
it to slow down.  It does switch to fast from slow every time.  The
other Leslie does fine.  I did try the problem 122 by itself without the
relay and it did the same thing.  I have taken the amplifier out of the 122 and cleaned the relay and also switched the 12AU7's . Do I need a new relay or ????  I would appreciate any suggestions.
