The OP (original poster) has not told us the details of this 
out-of-tuneness. It's not clear if this is a global problem, with all notes 
being out of tune to the same degree, or whether individual notes are out 
of tune with each other, which is, of course, an impossibility-- UNLESS!

Maybe he is referring to the fact that, because of the arithmetic involved 
in the gearing/tooth-count on the tonewheels, Hammonds are, in fact, out of 
tune right from the factory. As discussed in the past, the tuning is a 
unique tempered-tuning scheme that is a compromise for the above mechanical 
reasons. Those of us with perfect pitch can hear it all the time. Somebody 
messing with an electronic tuning device is not going to be happy with the 
results, either.

It's time for the OP to come back and clarify his problem.
