[HAM] HELP WITH M-103

Ladies & Gentlemen:

I'm trying to help a friend with an M-103 he just got from original owner.
Looks nice. I oiled it & it starts & runs OK. However, it has a severe
volume drop whenever either of the vibrato tabs are depressed (thereby
canceling the vibrato). The Vibrato does work, however. The organ is not
connected to a Leslie.

If anyone has a suggestion as to a possible  cause for this, we would really
appreciate your assistance.
