His vibrato works fine. It's the non-vibrato channel that doesn't.

Mike, first, trade V1 and V2, both are 6AU6s. These V#s are stamped on the 
chassis. If the problem moves to the non-vib channel, it's the tube. 
Otherwise, it's likely to be pooped-out resistors servicing V1. Do not 
attempt to measure resistances under the amp unless the organ has been 
unplugged for a few hours, or you might get a bad shock. The schematics can
