[HAM] Suggestions For 22H Speed Control

I have a 45 that I would also like to mod in much the same way.

Right now I actually have a design and have been talking to some
manufacturing houses to see if I can get a bunch built.

My kit could mod either just the horn (Memphis sound!) or both rotors,
it would have the stop option (ala 760, not strictly a brake option -
but I do like the way my 760 "stops" just fine) and could work with a
standard M-E-E Leslie switch (for stop) or a C-T switch (no stop).
Additionally variable speed is possible - with a custom Leslie switch of
course.

I'm attempting to make the kit as "user installable" as possible but it
most likely would require some technical competence to install (you
wouldn't necessarily need the skills of a full blown Hammond expert
tech). I'm also attempting to beat the price point of the other
products, at least for the non-variable speed flavor.

Probably looking at a couple of months - any interest in such a unit?
The bigger the production run the better of course! Also would the
variable speed be of any interest?

I have a stock Leslie 22H. I would like to modify it in three ways: 1)
Eliminate the mechanical relay & replace with solid state...2) Introduce
'chorale' speed...3) Maintain the 'brake' feature by employing a 3-way
switch.
