[HAM] 760 amp repair

I have a Leslie 760 amp which is a bit cumbersome.

The voltage that should be 32 V (so called B+ in the circuit diagram)
only reads 28 V.

The signal at the treble output looks not so pretty. quite noticable
take over distortion (cross over distortion?)


Is it necessary to run the amp under real speaker load or can I do
the measurement with open output? (Transistor amp can be run open normally )
