[HAM] Vibrato Problem

Mark,

I have one more idea. Pardon me if you've already performed this
test, but I couldn't tell based on what I read.

With the organ on, is there any DC voltage present on the vibrato
line box terminals? What I'm really asking, of course, is whether or
not the 1uF capacitor out to the vibrato line could be leaky or
shorted, causing the scanner to scan a varying DC voltage.
