I do a bunch of drawbar shifting while playing in that tune and I hear all the "discontinuities". It's especially apparent at the end...used to poke me in the eye but now I think it sounds kind of cool. > Sounds great, John! > BTW, how did this song happen to get re-named? Thanks Scott! It was named that way to differentiate it from this one: http://biggerthanabreadbox.com/Xmembers-I_can_see_JB_clearly-m.mp3 That band (Xmembers) started out as a straight Booker T./Meter's cover band and then we decided to take the Booker T spirit (covering pop songs) and just do our own thing with it - "lets try it as a bossa, lets try it as afro-pop, let's try it like Ozzy"). I'm think I posted this stuff before but here's a review since it's not like you're gonna hear it on the radio anywhere. There will be no quiz. http://biggerthanabreadbox.com/Xmembers-help_me-m.mp3 http://biggerthanabreadbox.com/Xmembers-smells_like_soca-m.mp3 http://biggerthanabreadbox.com/Xmembers-sweet_leafm.mp3 http://biggerthanabreadbox.com/Xmembers-walk_on_by_the_whipping_post-m.mp3 There's a ton of other stuff that was never mixed or released. The bass player keeps threatening to put something together so this band can actually put a record out...10-years after it broke up. Fun fact - the drummer (Rod Howard) now keeps the beat for Avril Lavigne.
