[HAM] OT: Old EPsLinda Dachtyl lindaleed at earthlink.netMon Apr 28 17:40:10 CDT 2008
Never played one, but I remember Jon Lord had one hooked up to his C3 in some way. I am thinking "Rat Bat Blue" is probably the best example of that, if I'm not mistaken. I also remember hearing one on "Yessongs" with Rick Wakeman on keys. Got tickets to the latest Yes show here in town. Rick's son Oliver is handling the keyboards. I guess Rick's health is not bad, but is not great for doing lengthy tours. Just some stuff I read on yesworld.com and some of the other Yes related email lists. I had to laugh a little as there's also Adam Wakeman. Both of Rick's sons are fine keyboardists. I couldn't help but notice that Oliver looks a little more like Rick, though and wondered if that anything to do with the decision. Who knows?
