That reminds me, in case anyone wondered, yes I *am* working on the first
RADIO ORJAZM show. It's a long process. Everything that goes on the show
has to be recorded to the computer first, especially scratchy old records.
I hadda a lotta stuff already on board here, but these are the trax that
many of you have already heard over the years.

I find it beyond funny that a bunch of enthusiasts for one of the most
LO-FI instruments ever built (that would be Hammonds) are getting their
knickers in twists about extremely HI-FI sound. Heck, I cut my teeth on
this LO-FI instrument from records that were sometimes scratchy, sometimes
MONO, and trust me, if you love music, you shouldn't care! The trick is to
listen right through the crud. That's what we essentially do when we play
our Hammods. And why be angry about what Hmmond-Suzuki does or doesn't do,
or sell? I say, more power to 'em if they ca sell that stuff. In a world
that can NEVER go back to building real tonewheel instruments, I think
we're lucky that there's any alternative at all! Not that I'm buying, I
don't need it. I'm going to go out on a limb here (once again), and say
that you guys who are worried about the New B-3 are Hammond Snobs. And
maybe that is a badge of honor that you can wear proudly, fine by me!
