Pull out all the drawbars all the way and hit the "DRAWBARS" tabs. Make sure the the "VOLUME SOFT" tab is NOT depressed, then push the expression pedal down all the way. Hit some keys. It should be pretty loud, but not as loud as you might expect (it's only a 22 watt amp). Pull out the pedal drawbar and press the pedals. They should make the floor vibrate a bit or your china cabinet rattle (my M101 is right next to mine!). After you've tried all this, you need to unplug the organ, and spray Deoxit into each of the tube sockets, then make sure all the tubes are seated in their proper sockets (they'll be labled).

thanks! i actually got the tonewheel to start
spinning, but now i'm getting only an extremely faint
sound coming out of the speaker. i don't think it's a
volume pedal issue. could it be a tube issue (tube in
the wrong position) or would i get no sound if that
were the case?
